How quickly will you respond?
A senior consultant personally responds to every enquiry within one business day. Urgent calls and WhatsApp messages are typically answered the same day during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm IST).
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is complimentary, with no obligation. We use it to understand your business, share an initial point of view and recommend whether a paid engagement is even needed.
What consultation formats do you offer?
We offer three formats: video call (Zoom or Google Meet), in-person at our Bangalore office, or an on-site visit to your outlet, kitchen or store. On-site visits beyond Bangalore are billed at actuals for travel.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Our office is in Bangalore, India. We regularly travel across India and to client engagements in the UAE, Singapore and Australia. Travel cost for on-site work is quoted upfront and approved before booking.
What information should I share upfront?
Helpful inputs include your industry, number of outlets, approximate annual revenue and the specific challenge you're trying to solve. Don't worry about polish — a few honest lines are enough to start a productive first call.
Do you take on international clients?
Yes. We work with clients across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. International engagements are typically delivered through a mix of remote consulting and scheduled on-site visits.
Will my conversation be kept confidential?
Yes. Every conversation and any documents shared are treated as confidential. A mutual NDA is signed before any commercial-sensitive data is exchanged.
